Zymego makes it easy to reschedule without cancelling your appointment. There’s no need to download any app. To use Zymego, simply visit www.zymego.wales
You can also sign up to receive notifications for earlier appointments. When someone cancels, other patients are notified by SMS or email with the option to accept the earlier slot. You are always welcome to call us if you prefer. We are offering this additional service to make access to care even easier for our patients.
