Bradley’s Practice was started on 1st April 1959 at 76 Brunswick Road Buckley by - Dr. Harry Bradley.
Our practice operates as a partnership and our doctors are supported by a number of clinical staff, a reception team and an administration team.
There are a number of ways to access our practice which include phone, email, online eConsultation via our website and by calling in to speak with our reception team.
We operate an appointment system which allows you to be triaged by our Care Navigation Team and you will either be treated on the day or be given a routine appointment and we will advise you accordingly.
The practice participates in the training of doctors who wish to become general practitioners. These doctors have extensive experience of hospital work before they come to us.
We are also involved in training medical students for the universities of Liverpool, Manchester and Cardiff. You can ask for the medical student not to be present during your consultation if you prefer – please tell reception.
The practice has a chaperone policy - if you need to have an examination that may make you feel uncomfortable you may ask for a member of staff (who has been trained to be a chaperone) to be present for the examination in addition to the doctor or nurse. If you think you may need this service, please let reception know when you book in so we can ensure a member of staff is available.
Please note the surgery does not close for lunch, this allows patients access to the practice throughout the day.
Patients are expected to cancel unwanted appointments, allowing these appointments to be booked by someone else.
