NHS COVID Pass

The Health Board have now launched an online facility where you are able to obtain your vaccination status via the digital NHS COVID Pass.

Please see the link below to access the pass. Please ensure that you have your NHS number to hand as you will need to verify your identity when using the NHS log-in.
