Reviews are a way of letting your practice know how you're managing with your long term condition, your contraception or your medication.
As of May 2026 you will no longer need to contact us to arrange a review. Instead, in your birth month you will be contacted with a request to complete an online form. You will also be advised if you need to arrange additional tests such as a blood pressure measurement or blood tests. The completed form and tests will be reviewed by a nurse or pharmacist. If you need to be seen to discuss things further then an appointment will be arranged for you.
We think this system is extremely efficient for patients and provides multiple benefits including better safety, and improved convenience as everything will be dealt with together even if you have multiple reviews needed. We understand that new systems can cause some concern, but we would like to encourage you to have a go at it even if you need help from a friend or relative. We are confident you will find it easy and convenient to use.
