We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team here at Bradleys Practice to summarise medical records. Previous experience of working within a GP Practice would be beneficial but not essential and knowledge of the Vision / Emis clinical system is desirable, however training will be given. You will be required to summarise and read code relevant information from patients medical records onto the practice clinical system (currently Vision), working in accordance with the practice notes summarising protocol. Basic knowledge of medical terminology would also be an advantage.
