Covid Vaccine Update 14th April 2021

If you are in either Priority Groups 1 - 9, including those aged Over 50 - please use this Link  if you have not received an invitation for vaccination yet.

After clicking the link you will be taken to the Welsh Government Website then by following the link to Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and completing the Online Form, you will be able to submit your request to be vaccinated.

You will hear back directly from the Health Board, not your GP Practice.
